The agenda will include time for "action learning" in PDPworks technology and:
- Interpreting and discussing ProScan® reports, team reports and job modeling reports; using the information to develop improvements and solutions
- Developing job model profiles for any position in the organization; interviewing and selecting the best people to "fit" positions or use job model as mentoring tool
- Practicing skills for team building sessions and Power App sessions; learning expectations of team members; enhancing performance and communication plus analyzing team dynamics, stress and satisfaction levels with new solutions
PDP Mentoring/Coaching Certification for Managers

- Review department’s mission, goals and tasks for next 6 – 12 months
- Identify basic natural traits of manager and direct report and consequences of
- Link traits of manager and direct report to the mission and goals
- Develop strategies to improve direct report’s performance, reduce stress and

- Mentor an employee while PDP Rep observes to increase accuracy
- Create manager action plans and action plans for direct reports based
